PAH is a deadly disease characterized by abnormal remodelling of pulmonary vessels, leading to a progressive increase in pulmonary artery pressure and right heart failure. PHAEDRA-IMPACT aims to prevent disease development by early identification of the patient at risk, and identification and treatment of treatable traits in different forms and stages of the disease.
