Seg-Ams

This study contains data for 20 patients with enhancing and non-enhancing glioma, for internal use only. There are 3 time-points for each patient: PreOp, PostOp and Progression. PostOp is generally 3 months after surgery, with one exception where it is 3 days after surgery (P10). Segmentations have a PostFix, e.g. "En, or NonEn", relating to Enhancing, or Non-Enhancing glioma at this given time point. All segmentations are in the space of the T1c (T1 with enhancing contrast), and by one observer (from the study by Visser et al., 2019; https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nicl.2019.101727).
