ReLife study general questionnaire

Patients with localized stage I-III renal cell cancer (n=365) completed paper-and-pencil or web-based questionnaires at 3 months (n=368), 12 months (n=317), and 24 months (n=279) after surgery. Questionnaires were focused on sociodemographic characteristics, anthropometry, lifestyle habits (e.g. smoking, physical activity (SQUASH questionnaire)), medical history).
