| Description | The aim of Protocol ALL-10 is to improve the overall treatment results in terms of EFS and to decrease treatment intensity in patients with a pEFS of >95%. Therapy will be tailored according to the risk of relapse as determined by the MRD levels at 2 time points during the first months of therapy. This tailored therapy should lead to less intensive therapy for patients with low risk of relapse and to intensification of therapy for patients with medium and high risk of relapse. |
