FTD-RisC

FTD-RisC (Frontotemporal Dementia Risk Cohort) is a longitudinal research study that aims to find novel biomarkers for genetic FTD. Participants include family members of mutation carriers, who have a 50% risk of being at risk of FTD. Modalities include brain MRI, blood and cerebral spinal fluid (CSF), neuropsychological testing and behavioral questionnaires. FTD-RisC is set-up in 2010 by the Department of Neurology of Erasmus MC, Rotterdam/NL.
